隊長・副隊長については、２年生が
３名ということで、その中から選ぶ
ことに引率教員から提案があり、
参加生徒より下記の通り承認され
ました。

参加生徒から旅行中のお小遣いについて、質問があり、引率教員から
例年５万円ということになっているとの回答がありました。

また、テレビでできる英語圏大学留学体験！「テレビで留学」（NHK教
育テレビ）の紹介があり、事前学習として活用するようにという薦めが
ありました。

第２回 研修旅行ガイダンス(2007.2.17)

１．ＪＴＢ札幌支店の山田氏からスケジュールの案内、出発までの準備（持ち物等）の
アドバイスがあり、研修生からも熱心な質問があった。
２．旅のしおりが配布された。
３．引率者の武藤恵美先生から研修中の留意事項が説明された。
４．研修旅行用のジャケットが配布された。

    ジャケットの料金納入は、３月３日（土）迄となっています。
お釣りのないよう、早めに納めていただきますようご協力
下さい。製品代、ワッペン代、消費税の合計は,10,290円
となります。

５．班編成が行われ、５班の班長がそれぞれ決定した。

１日目（2007.3.15（木））
    11:30  新千歳空港発　ＮＨ５８ 便　羽田空港－成田空港間は専用バス
    13:05  羽田空港着
    17:00  成田空港発　　ＡＣ００２ 便 トロントへ向かう。（約12:10を要す）
国際日付変更線通過
    16:10  トロント着　　　 専用バス　 トロントからｾﾝﾄｷｬｻﾘﾝｽﾞへ向かう。
ｾﾝﾄｷｬｻﾘﾝｽﾞのホテル泊

２日目（3.16（金））
          朝食後、荷物保管室へ自分の荷物を運び格納します。
    11:00 ブロック大学のジャッキーさんが、ホテルのロビーに迎えに来てホテルでの昼食の案
            内があります。昼食後、ブロック大学にてクラス分けのテストを受けます。　その後、
            学内の案内・アイリッシュダンスがあり、その後、ホテルに戻り荷物を受け取り、ホス
            トファミリーと対面する。その後、ホームステイとなる。

３日目（3.17（土））～20日目（4.3（火））
　ブロック大学にて研修。　この間、ホームステイ

21日目（4.4（水））
   朝、ｾﾝﾄｷｬｻﾘﾝｽﾞから専用バスにてトロントへ向かう。
   13:30  トロント発　　　ＡＣ００１ 便 成田へ向かう。（約13:30要す）
機中泊

22日目（4.5（木））
   15:55  成田空港着    　　　　　　  羽田空港へ向かう。
   19:30  羽田空港発    ＮＨ　　　　  新千歳空港へ向かう。

GENERAL PRE-DEPARTURE INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS

Hokkai High School Japanese Student Program

This information is designed to help you prepare for your trip to St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.

PROGRAM START

The Hokkai High School English Language Program starts on March 16th, 2007.

TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO ST. CATHARINES

We understand that you will have a bus escort your group form Toronto Pearson International Airport to the Four Points Sheraton Hotel, nearby Brock University.  The morning of the 16th of March, member of our staff will greet you at the Hotel to begin the orientation session for this program.

LANGUAGE POLICY

As a student attending the Intensive English Language, you are expected to speak English at all times.  We understand that this will be a challenge and we are here to support you during your learning experience.

CURRENCY

When you arrive, try to have at least $100.00(Canadian or U.S.) in cash.  A currency exchange is usually available at the airport.  We recommend that you bring traveler's cheques or bank drafts.

TEXTBOOKS

All of the text and learning materials will be provided for you during your studies at Brock University.

WEATHER AND CLOTHING

You will be arriving at the end of the winter season and stay in St. Catharines for the beginning of spring.  This is probably the most unpredictable time of year with regards to weather.  Temperatures range from -5 to 15 degrees Celsius and it is not uncommon to experience snow on one day and sunshine the next.  Therefore, you will need to bring a variety of clothing ( pants, sweaters, jackets etc.)  If you are interested in sports, don't forget to bring your bathing suit ( indoor pool at Brock ), running shoes, tennis racket, roller blades etc.

BUS PASS

A St. Catharines City Bus Pass will be provided for you for the length of your stay.

LONG DISTANCE CALLS

If you are planning to make telephone calls home, you should purchase a pre-paid long distance "telephone card" or other "credit card" which allows you to make long distance calls.  You can also purchase long distance telephone cards at Brock University.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Canada operates on 110 volts and 60 hertz.

We hope that while you are here you will enjoy Canadian food, but if you want a "taste of home," we do have a few Asian food stores and restaurants in town.

第３回 研修旅行ガイダンス(2007.2.27)

場　　　所： 第２視聴覚教室
参加生徒： ２８名（２名、風邪などで欠席）
参加教員： 引率者（由岡、武藤）　国際交流委員会（大前、菊地）

１．ホームステイ先が決定し、その家族構成等の説明があった。
２．現地の友達へのプレゼントの配布（キーホルダー１名８個）
３．プレゼント用のTシャツについては、後日配布(1名2枚)
４．引率教員の話を聞く態度の注意、スカート丈等校則を良く守るよう注意があった。
